FOMO

I find the culture of using acronym fascinating. I love that simple letters carries more meanings when put together and the complexity of something simplified.

I decided to work on “FOMO” because this was (and is) the emotion I lived with recently. It echos sometimes.
Every time you make a decision, consciously choose something over another. You are, at the same time, giving up something else. This is how we make room to let things happen in our lives. There are days I could not help myself and wonder: what if I choose the wrong thing? What if I the choices I made leads me to no where? what if, everything, everyone I ever wanted does not feel the same way I do? What if I’m still the outsider. looking in through the glass. and the spiral thoughts goes on….
Are we just so worked up catching the eyeballs, finding the spotlight, so we can validate our choices and existence? or maybe without the sight, somehow we could be fearless, finding our own center and peace?
